On the Beach

"On the Beach" is situated on the northern beachfront of Swakopmund. Situated right on the beach at Vogelstrand, away form the hustle & bustle of town life, this high security complex boats with landscaped gardens, an indoor heated pool, fitness center, direct access to the beach and a Laundromat.

Facilities
Fully furnished, self-catering 2-bedroom 2-bathroom luxury flat with BBQ on the first floor, facing west, with veranda facing the ocean. Separate one-bedroom studio complete with kitchenette, living area and bathroom. Under-floor heating throughout. Double garage.

Rates disclaimer: a final source of rates is a confirmed reservation and a reservation voucher.

GENERAL RULES OF BOOKING:

To avoid any surprises, please read the small print carefully:

- All flats/houses are fully furnished with bedding/towels (only to be used in the property) and cutlery/crockery. Please bring your own beach towels.

- Prices are per night including VAT. There are owners who charge High Season prices, i.e. Christmas (1. December – 15. January) and Easter (Long Easter weekend).

- Minimum occupancy is 3 nights. To facilitate bookings of only 2 nights, especially on weekends, a Two Nights Tariff (per night) is charged.

- When placing a booking, kindly give two options as your first choice might have been booked by the time your booking is received.

- On arrival tenants will be asked for a key deposit of N$ 500. This deposit will be refunded not later than two weeks after departure.

- Should tenants arrive before the usual check-in time of 15.00 hours, after office business hours (Mon. – Fri. 8.00 – 13.00 and 14.00 – 17.00 hours; Sat. 8.00 – 12.00 hours) or on weekends/public holidays, they are requested to phone before arrival date for (key) arrangements. On departure day the properties have to be vacated until 10 o’clock a.m.

We reserve the right to add a booking fee to the accommodation rates.
