CORONA is situated on the C26, just about half-way between Windhoek and the Atlantic Ocean (Walvis Bay). Combined with the two adjoining farms "Picadilly" and "Swartkranz" - both forming part of the same estate - it offers the visitor a truly majestic and unspoilt wildlife scenery over an area which is double the size of the principality of Liechtenstein. Surrounded by the mountain range, CORONA is positioned right in the centre of a plateau at the foot of the imposing "Gamsberg", at 2347 metres being one of the highest mountains in Namibia. The newly erected CORONA, (rebuilt at the very same spot as the previous one, which had burnt down in 1995 shortly after its being opened for business) offers its guests accommodation of a pleasantly luxurious style, made up of 4 de luxe (family-sized) suites as well as 6 well-appointed single and / or double rooms, each one of them boasting its own private and individually decorated bathroom or shower.
