1. N$ 60.- per person passenger departure tax / charge must be added to each outbound flight from Eros and N$ 60.- per person passenger departure charge from outbound Swakopmund.
2. Minimum passengers required per flight: 2.
3. Luggage restriction: maximum 10 kg per person in soft travel bags.
4. Exact departure and arrival times at lodges will be advised prior to each departure.
These times depend on the number of landings at lodges en-route.
5. Check-in time at Eros & Swakopmund: 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
