High up on a hill above the city of Windhoek where the free winds blow and far horizons beckon, the unique Thule Hotel offers unsurpassed mountain views, an exclusive getaway, and warm hospitality. It offers the relaxing pleasures of a remote country estate.

Yet, it is only two kilometres away from the heart of the cosmopolitan city of Windhoek. Flanked by stately palm trees, it is a haven for prolific bird life, guinea fowl, and curious creatures of the wilds like rock rabbits. Admirably suited to the needs of both the corporate traveller and holidaymaker, the accent is on peace and quiet, comfort, and stylish elegance.

ACCOMMODATION: All rooms have en suite bathrooms and are equipped with TV, a mini bar, safe coffee and tea making facilities, hair dryer and heated bathroom floor and towel rails. The are 14 rooms, 12 twins (1*disabled) and 2 single.

HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES: An a la carte restaurant offers international style cuisine with a Namibian flavour. On a fine day you can see forever and an adjoining balcony is perfect for alfresco dining with the starry sky above, or a leisurely breakfast. A sparkling pool with a view is teamed with a shady thatched lapa. For getting down to business, a functional conference room which can seat up to 20 participants includes an alcove for light refreshments as well as a lapa which can host 100 participants. Coffee and cake is the perfect accompaniment to a leisurely afternoon. With a view overlooking the pool and the mountains beyond, the private bar is a favourite meeting place for sundowners.
