Accommodation for one day extends from 15h00 on any calendar day of the booked period, and shall expire at 10h00 of the check-out.
Office hours are from 08h00 to 13h00 and 15h00 to 17h00. For a late arrivals, keys will be left with the security guard only if the total amount of the accommodation fee is prepaid and if advance notification of late arrival is received.

1. Admission is at own risk.
2. Right of admission is reserved.
3. The right is reserved to order any guest off the premises who renders himself of violating the general rules regarding accommodation
and utilisation of facilities, or of indecency or any other form of misconduct, without a refund on prepaid accommodation.
4. No persons may do or permit any act that could prove to be a nuisance, obstruction or hindrance to any other person.
5. On arrival at the resort, guests must provide a proof of identification.
6. The total amount due for all reservations is payable in advance, before check in.
7. Only cash, credit cards, travellers cheques in local currency and bank guaranteed cheques will be accepted as payment.
8. Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.

A key deposit of N$ 250 has to be paid on arrival. The amount will however be refunded in cash after vacating the cottage/chalet and if the rules in connection with refunding were not breached. Partial refunds shall be done if deficiencies are found in the inventory. The occupant is responsible for the contents of the cottage/chalet and should check the inventory immediately when occupying the cottage/chalet. Any breakage or shortage of inventory shall be reported to the reception immediately after check-in.

Guests who wish to to check-out before 08h00 shall see to it that the cottage/chalet is properly locked, where-after the key must be deposited in the appropriate key box at reception. The key may not be given to any other employee seen at the premises. The housekeeper shall inspect the cottage/chalet and the Admin. Financial Officer shall see to it that a refund of the key deposit, if applicable, is forwarded.

Any person leaving after 08h00 shall see to it that the cottage/chalet is ready for inspection by the housekeeper on check-out between 08h00 and 10h00. The key deposit shall be collected at the reception, once the inventory form has been signed.

1. Any animal, pet or fowl, is taken into the establishment.
2. Furniture or equipment is moved from one cottage/chalet to another.
3. Any item of the cottage/chalet is taken to the pool/beach or is misused.
4. More than the prescribed maximum number of persons occupy a cottage/chalet.
5. Any glass doors, windows or furniture have been broken.
6. The cottage/chalet is vacated after 10h00 on the day of departure.
7. Cooking utensils and cutlery is not cleaned and restored in cupboards.
8. Silence and order is not maintained after 22h00 at night.
9. Speed limit of 20 km/h if exceeded or if vehicles are driven recklessly or noisily.

* Payable directly to the resort. All entrance/usage fees are payable directly to the resort on arrival.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice should tax be increased or Government levies introduced. Rates include Value Added Tax. Rates do not include 2% NTB levy.
